Rated one of Golf Digest's “10 best places to play golf in Phoenix,” the Legacy Golf Course sits on the former site of Dwight B. Heard's 7,500-acre ranch. The course retains a number of historic structures and monuments along its Gary Panks-designed course, which features indigenous grasses, flowers and trees. Views of the downtown Phoenix skyline, Camelback Mountain and South Mountain are available from the green.
